The depiction of what my life has been like for the past 6 months studying Geladas. Guassa is the largest remaining expanse of naturalistic gelada habitat in the world. Our camp is set up right in the middle of their range, and they sleep on the cliffs bordering the rift valley to the east, ascending during the day to graze, groom, fight and play on the amazing and diverse grasslands.
